Artist statement
I draw a lot of inspiration from my experience in the military, and particularly from my troops. They are my pride and joy, my brothers and sisters, and my fellow countrymen. They are my true muses. Even though the stories I write contain speculations and fictional technologies, they are reflective of the lives and the experiences of real people who I had the privilege of knowing and living with. I believe our stories are important and should be heard.
