The Iron Dogs

The Iron Dogs is set in a future during the start of a war between the United States of America and the Russian Federation.
The story follows Jacques "Jack" Ocariza, an aspiring singer who is in love with a soprano. To raise his station in life and for a taste of adventure, he enlists in the US Marine Corps. He becomes one of the "Iron Dogs", who are surgically enhanced exoskeleton donning troops.

The story explores themes such as the effects of war on individuals, the American dream, the power of camaderie, and the meaning of being human.

Don't be fooled by the explosions, the guns, the anthems - this is not a badass war story. At heart this story is an examination of the human condition, and a portrait of America.
